Jack grew up in Virginia before attending Sewanee: The University of the South, where he played baseball for the Tigers. Jack completed a BA in History with a minor in Psychology, graduating cum laude.

After college, Jack ventured into multi-family property management and leasing in Washington, DC. His academic pursuits continued at Georgetown University, where he earned a Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance. Upon graduating from Georgetown, Jack moved to Houston, Texas where he worked as a financial analyst and a real estate development analyst focused on industrial and retail properties.

Currently, Jack works as the Acquisitions Associate and Investor Relations Specialist for 5Rivers. His responsibilities include underwriting and due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions, ad-hoc analysis, debt-financing, capital raising, and investor communications.
