Additional offices are in Atlanta, New York City, Charlotte, Montgomery, Baton Rouge.
5Rivers CRE purchases, holds, and sells multi big box anchored tenant regional outdoor shopping centers in upper-middle class suburbs throughout the Southeast USA.
We have $700MM in assets in 7 states within 24 properties, and about 500+ tenants in 5.4M square feet of outdoor retail space.
We are blessed to help make over currently 520 families wealthy, through tax-deferred commercial real estate investments netting $1.7M in monthly distributions.
