Daniel Gray

Director of Property Management

Daniel Gray joined 5Rivers Commercial Real Estate in January 2022 and manages the property management department. He is an established professional in the Houston/Dallas commercial real estate industry with over 22 years of experience in managing large teams in the multi-family, office, and retail sectors of commercial real estate.

Over his career, Daniel has been involved in complete company restructuring, team building, multi-million-dollar renovations and NOI transformations. When he is not at work he enjoys time with family and fishing as much as possible.
