Analee Bivins

Director of Acquisitions and Investor Relations

Analee Bivins joined 5Rivers Commercial Real Estate in 2021 and manages acquisitions and dispositions of the 5Rivers portfolio. Ms. Bivins is responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, lender selection, investor relations and transaction management. Analee is an established professional in the Houston commercial real estate industry with a background underwriting, asset management, appraisal, and market analysis.

Outside of the office, Ms. Bivins passionate about her involvement in the community and is an enthusiastic volunteer with several non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and Houston Pets Alive.
