You’ll need access to our Investor Portal to stay up to date on new offerings and monitor your portfolio’s performance.
Step 2: New Investor Orientation
A member of the 5Rivers Team will be contacting you to set up your orientation. We will give you all the information you’ll need to know as a new investor in Commercial Real Estate. Additionally, we have a library of videos and helpful resources for you to become a knowledgeable investor in this industry.
Step 3: Commit To An Offering
We offer positions in Retail assets typically in Texas, Oklahoma and the Southeast United States. These offerings range from a minimum of $35,000 to $500,000 an represent a 506 (b) offering. There is an opportunity for everyone. We do accept a small number of non-accredited investors, but all investors must self-accredit to participate.
